Lightship Capital is a Cincinnati-based accelerator that supports companies led by underrepresented (African American, Latino, Women, etc.) founders. The 16 week accelerator program admits up to ten companies during its summer cohort. Programming includes educational sessions led by seasoned entrepreneurs who have experience growing, scaling, and exiting companies. The Hillman curriculum focuses on People, Process, Product, and Presentation and prepares each company for raising capital while within the walls of Hillman. In addition to educational resources, the Hillman team facilitates introductions to help each cohort team integrate, grow, and thrive throughout the Startup Cincy ecosystem and beyond.
