The Regional Accelerator and Mentoring Program, RAMP is a program of The Roanoke Blacksburg Technology Council (RBTC), in partnership with the City of Roanoke and the Virginian Western Community College. RAMP is a STEM-H business accelerator program for high-growth companies across a large geographic area of the Commonwealth known as Region 2.
